At beck and call we strive to make the everyday little irritations of owning a property in Portugal's Algarve that little bit less irritating. The type of support we provide is determined by your needs as they arise, not by a rigid contract. We are not property managers, but rather we like to consider ourselves as facilitators.  For Visitors -

- Using the owners' cars, collect visitors from the airport, and/or return visitors to the airport

- Have rental accommodation fully provisioned for arriving guests (Including, where requested, UK products) - much more than the basic 'Welcome Pack', and great for people arriving without a car  

For Owners, some of the services we perform are -

- Arrange the purchase and delivery of appliances and furniture often at prices significantly lower than those quoted by your villa management team

- View onsite damage, provide digital photographs and arrange for builders' quotations when something goes wrong

- Arrange IPO (MOT) testing of owners' cars and obtain road tax (IPO now due by anniversary date of initial registration, road tax during anniversary month of original registration) and have vehicles repaired should they fail the IPO

- Re-configure non-Sky satellite receivers to recover missing channels

- Perform random occupancy checks during times when the accommodation should be vacant.

- Meet potential buyers at the property, or collect them from their accommodation and show your property when you are selling it privately
